menu en css avec comportement onclick ?

j'utilise un menu en css
visible sur le site http://www.desavionsetdesmaquettes.com
j'aimerais que les boutons de la barre puissent rester allumés sur le comportement "onclick" .

est-ce possible ?

et si oui, de quelle manière ?
